Steve Coogan's legendary chat show host and broadcaster finally receives the big screen treatment in this comedy directed by Declan Lowney. Occupying a career stasis-defining role as a mid-morning DJ on North Norfolk Digital Radio, Alan Partridge (Coogan)'s hopes for one last shot at the big time suffer a severe setback when it emerges that his employers have been taken over by a giant media conglomerate. Alan soon finds himself back in the spotlight, however, when newly-sacked fellow DJ Pat Farrell (Colm Meaney) returns to the studio with a shotgun and begins taking hostages. Called in by the police to act as a hostage negotiator, can Britain's most famous Toblerone addict turn the tables and finally save the day?

Sharon Maguire directs this third instalment of the romantic comedy series based on the characters created by Helen Fielding. Renée Zellweger reprises her role as Bridget Jones, the quirky forty-something who is learning to embrace adulthood. After her father is murdered, 14-year-old Mattie Ross (Hailee Steinfeld) sets out to capture the killer, Tom Chaney (Josh Brolin), with the help of two lawmen - the ageing, alcoholic marshall Rooster Cogburn (Bridges), and Texas Ranger La Boeuf (Matt Damon).

Determined to accompany them on their quest, Mattie wonders whether Cogburn, with his loose morals, has the required 'true grit' for the job. When Chaney's trail heads into Indian territory, Mattie, stubborn to the last, insists on joining the pair in their search, which soon finds them in a raft of dangerous adventures that will test them to the core.

Tom Hanks stars in this historical drama, set during the Cold War, directed by Steven Spielberg. Matt Damon returns to star as the deadly CIA assassin in this espionage thriller directed by Paul Greengrass. Harlan is immediately and obviously taken with Tobe, and when she asks him to tag along for the day, he impulsively quits his job to follow her. Tobe and Harlan soon become a couple, but Wade is convinced Harlan is not all he claims to be.

Alfonso Poyart directs this mystery thriller starring Colin Farrell as a serial killer and Anthony Hopkins as the man brought in by the FBI to help track him down. Not long into the case, former doctor and psychic John Clancy (Hopkins) realises that the man responsible for the killings has psychic capabilities himself. With both men privy to the actions of each other, a psychological showdown ensues... The supporting cast includes Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Abbie Cornish.

Bryan Singer directs and co-writes this big screen adaptation of the long-running Marvel comic strip. Mutants Charles Xavier (Patrick Stewart) and Magneto (Ian McKellen) are former friends, but look set to become mortal enemies when fascistic US senator Robert Frank Kelly calls for the registration of all humans with abnormal powers. While telepath Xavier, who runs an altruistic academy for superhuman 'X-Men', wishes to enlighten non-mutants and break down the prejudices which divide them, Magneto believes that the only solution is for the mutants to take over. Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) - an aggressive loner with an admantium skeleton and the ability to heal his body of any wound - and teenager Rogue (Anna Paquin), who can absorb the life force of others simply by touching them, are selected by Xavier to join his academy, but it isn't long before Magneto's followers are attempting to capture them so that they can assist in his plan for world domination.

James Bond (this time played by George Lazenby) hands in his licence to kill after being banned from hunting down his arch-nemesis Blofeld (Telly Savalas). Continuing his investigations alone, he follows a lead to Portugal, meets and falls in love with Tracey Draco (Diana Rigg), and is told by her crimelord father that Blofeld is now in Switzerland. Pretty soon its snow, kilts, girls, secret bases and ski chases, as Bond chases down his enemy and attempts to foil a plan to unleash a deadly chemical weapon.

The fourth in the James Bond series, with Sean Connery once again in the title role. Global criminal organisation SPECTRE has stolen two nuclear bombs and is threatening to blow up the world. Bond infiltrates the terrorists' underwater base off the Bahamas in order to foil their plan. 'Thunderball' was remade in 1983 when Sean Connery returned to the role of 007 in 'Never Say Never Again'.

Tracing a link to Hawaii, Bond soon crosses paths with Ukrainian beauty Camille (Olga Kurylenko) who leads him to megalomaniacal businessman Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric), head of the organisation known simply as Quantum. Wishing to control one of the world's natural resources, Greene's organisation has a finger in every government agency worldwide, and it falls to Bond to keep one step ahead of his friends, and enemies, to stop Greene holding the world to ransom.

Guillermo del Toro co-writes and directs this gothic horror starring Mia Wasikowska, Jessica Chastain, Tom Hiddleston and Charlie Hunnam. Set in rural Cumbria in the 19th century, the film follows young author Edith Cushing (Wasikowska) as she meets and falls in love with the wealthy and mysterious Sir Thomas Sharpe (Hiddleston). However, after Edith moves into Crimson Peak, the Sharpe family home, to live with Thomas and his sister Lady Lucille (Chastain) she realises that there is much more to the Sharpe family and house than meets the eye...

Tim Burton directs this biographical drama starring Christoph Waltz and Amy Adams. The film follows the story of American artist Margaret Keane (Adams), who, in the 1960s, allowed her husband Walter (Waltz) to claim credit for her artwork, believing that a female artist could not find success through painting. The Keanes acquired huge amounts of wealth through Margaret's work and the paintings were in high demand throughout their time living together as husband and wife. However, when they later became separated, Margaret announced to the world that she was in fact the true author of the paintings, sparking a long-drawn-out legal battle between her and her estranged husband... Adams won a Golden Globe Award for her performance.
