Named after a General of the Northern States army during the American civil war, the M4 Sherman was the largest mass-produced tank used by the U.S. Army in World War II. Reliable and maneuverable, the Shermans were also quite technologically advanced. The diesel version of the M4A2 was supplied to all lend-lease countries (Soviet Union, UK and France) from 1943 onwards and became the most important tank of foreign production used by the Red Army. The main armament was the 75mm US- gun M3 L/37,5. Soviet tankers called this tank "emcha" (Russian transliteration of M4). During World War II, the Red Army received more than 2000 tanks. The M4A2(75) was also in service with the US-Marine Corps in the Pacific campaign.
Introducing 1 full-body and 1 half-body modern German tank crewman
figure to the popular World Figure Series, a series that provides high
quality accurate detailing that can only be achieved on a 1/16 scale.
This is the second modern figure to be introduced to the series and the
first ever tank crewman figure. The half-body figure has been specially
designed to be used with the R/C Leopard 2A6 Battle Tank.
This is a 1/48 scale plastic assembly kit model of the British Tank
Churchill Mk.VII Crocodile. The Churchill design was the result of a
chastening experience for British forces in early WWII, a more modern
design that could be produced quickly to make up for armor shortfalls
after the Dunkirk evacuations. The Mk.VII variant was up-gunned with a
75mm gun and had improved armor up to 152mm thick! The Crocodile is one
of the most notable “special” variants of the Churchill. It had an
80-plus meter range flamethrower in place of the front machine gun,
towing its fuel and compressed nitrogen propellant in a trailer behind.
The Su-57 is a fifth generation Russian multi-purpose jet fighter developed by the Sukhoi design bureau. The new jet with stealth technology offers a number of unique features not found in the previous generations of fighters, combining the functions of an attack aircraft and a fighter in one platform. The plane can destroy air, land and ship targets as well as the enemy's aircraft control systems. The Su-57 made its maiden flight on January 29, 2010 in Komsomolsk-on-Amur and entered service with the Russian Air Force in 2019.
The Fiat 131 Abarth was built on the frame of the two-door Fiat sedan. The development made by Abarth considered several modifications and improvements starting from the reduction of the body weight using lighter materials. Then some new fenders, to permit the adoption of larger wheels, were installed and new air-intakes on the hood and on the sides to optimize the cooling of the mechanics were designed. The engine was a 4-cylinder longitudinal engine characterised by the use light alloy head and 4 valves per cylinder. The Fiat 131 Abarth was built from 1976 and it was used in the World Rally Championship where achieved important results as three manufacturers’ championship, one pilots’ championship and one FIA trophy. It took part in international competitions until 1982 when it was replaced by the Lancia brand cars.

Galleons first appeared in the mid 16th century. For close to 150 years the Galleon was the warship par excellence. The San Francisco II Galleon had three decks, an abundance of equipment and was characterized by its imposing and robust design.
This primer is designed for use on surfaces (e.g. nylon plastics) which are normally difficult to paint and often experience peeling. Applying the primer first allows the paint to attach to the part more securely and leaves the model's paintwork in less danger of damage after completion.
Can be used when painting parts made of polypropylene, nylon, FRP and other similar materials. Please note that this product cannot be used on polyethylene surfaces.
Comes in an easy-to-use 100ml spray can.
These cotton swabs for hobby and craft use feature flattened tips which are ideal for removing excess paint from small areas and other similar detailed work. The tips also have high absorption characteristics and do not fray easily, thereby further increasing your work efficiency.
As Britain struggled to develop tanks capable of equaling the superior
German Panzers, the decision was made to convert existing stocks of M4
Sherman tanks, delivered to the UK as part of the Lend-Lease Act. The
so-called Sherman Firefly featured a long-barreled 17 pdr. anti-tank
gun, that was much more effective than the original 75mm gun, capable
of penetrating a Tiger I's frontal armor at over 1,000 meters using
regular ammunition. The majority of Fireflies were adapted from M4A4
tanks, designated Sherman V by the British, while some were made using
the earlier M4, or Sherman I in British usage. Vehicles rearmed with a
17 pdr. gun were given the suffix C, with the resulting units being
Sherman VC and Sherman IC.
When building a scale model, cotton swabs are often used with painting and applying decals. However, cotton swabs bought from supermarkets usually have loosely spun tips and quickly lose shape. These Craft Cotton Swabs have tightly spun cotton tips and are easy to use, making them much better suited for hobby use.
• These are industrial strength cotton swabs, and compared with those found in supermarkets, they do not fray as easily when wet or dipped in solvents, resulting in less wastage.
• These swabs are great for applying decals and panel lining onto model surfaces.
• Creating fine details and weathering on small areas becomes a breeze.
• You can also use the swabs effectively for applying any of the Weathering Master Set color schemes, such as realistic rust stains, to your model.
In 1943, the 8th Air Force was launching raids on Germany with its B17 and B24 from England. The aim was to destroy German main production factories. Unfortunately, losses during theses missions were very heavy and it became urgent to develop a fighter able to escort the bombers over enemy soil. The limited ranges of the Spitfire and P-38 Lightning did not make these fighters able to go further than Paris, leaving the bombers alone to fend for themselves for the rest of the flight. With the development of the P-47, this problem was overcome. The P-47 was the first single-seated fighter to be equipped with a supercharger, allowing it to fly at the same high altitude as the bombers. This high-flying fighter was armed with eight 12.7mm machineguns that proved very useful in the intense fighting that occurred in the European skies. Equipped with drop tanks for longer range, the P-47D was then able to escort the bombers all the way to the German border. The Thunderbolt also allowed many Allied pilots to become Aces. Bomber crews plagued day after day by intensive German interceptions, would remark that the presence of the P-47 was of great help.

A 2,700 ton vessel with 74 cannons launched in 1756, the San Juan
Nepomuceno represents for the Spaniards a wonderful example of the
heroic temper of their race and of the bravery of their sailors.
Commanded by Admiral Cosme Damian Churruca, the San Juan Nepomuceno
fought at the battle of Trafalgar in 1805, and there won glory through
suffering and death.
