This is work of fiction narrates the few months in the life of Monia, a simple girl from a small town of Bharatpur in North India. Monia's life was not different from most of the middle class females of India but her decisions puts her in a unique category, which is reserved for few people. This lady had limited exposer in life and had her fears and simple expectations from life. But, life is not without its challenges. Most of us know about the importance of taking challenges in our life, which includes taking initiations and responsibilities. These are necessary part to grow in life and get success but several people neglect the importance of taking challenges. People shun responsibilities as any responsibility requires commitment for the task undertaken. Accountability is also personal and an individual taking responsibility can face the heat of any failure. Some people succumb to this heat which restricts them from taking any challenge next time. The right way to take responsibilities is to become a learner who learns from every failure and every victory too. A person who improves with time becomes unstoppable as any failure makes him stronger as any triumph. Every challenge becomes a learning experience which enhances the capabilities of a person. Initiation is another type of challenge which is originating something or starting something new. Entrepreneurs can be considered as people taking initiations as they look for latent needs in the market to develop products or services to satisfy the market. Initiations can be taken inside any organization by dedicated employees who can work towards identifying ways to improve productivity or reduce costs, even if these initiations are not the part of their job profile. People in society take initiations to fight social ills by taking innovative steps and actions. These people are driven by a belief, without any self-interest or selfish motive. This means that any initiation would require three Cs, Clarity of the goal, Confidence on self and Commitment for the cause. These Cs provide necessary drive and energy to take risks and actions till the satisfactory results are achieved. Taking challenges require conscious efforts to take the required decisions followed by sincere actions. Taking actions is an important part of accepting challenges. It is vital to focus on this area as massive plans can be developed but they remain toothless if not executed. A CEO deciding to bring the necessary transformation in his organization may develop massive plans but required results would not be achieved if proper actions are not taken, which may include painful structural changes in the organization. This means that a person needs to consciously take steps to follow the developed plans as actions would not be automatic. The resistance to take actions is the main reason for procrastination, which lead people to identify illogical reasons for delay and poor performance. A person who wants to take challenges need to fight these resistive forces consciously and train their sub-conscious mind to support them in their decisions. Taking challenges should become a normal part of our life which would ensure our consistent improvement and growth. Challenge also acts as a push which improves the productivity of the person by making him to work at his peak performance levels. Challenges automatically provide the necessary drive and energy for the person to take tough decisions and actions. A life with challenges and success is enjoyable and satisfactory. The purpose of this book is to clarify this concept in simplest form through a small window in the life of Monia, a young lady of 25 years. This story describes the most critical phase in her life, which could have turned her life towards disaster and depression, but she chose a different path for her life by taking the responsibility of designing it.
