Hi I was unable to log into a google or netflix account. I had an Ethernet cable connected into it. (This worked with my previous TVbox) But every time it says it couldnt sign in or could not reach the netflix service. Hopwever, I could watch youtube, although I couldnt sign in. I then unplugged the ethernet cable and could log in via WIFI I also don't find the DSTV pre-installed. The manual is not very helpful at all Who can I contact for assistance?
