They are configured to work on this TV box. 2/ We do not recommend updating DSTV Now & Netflix Apps as they might not work properly 3/ For Apps which are designed for touchscreen devices, a combination of keys on the standard remote are required for scrolling. 4/ An Air mouse or wireless mouse is highly recommended. 5/ Avoid resetting the device as DSTV Now & Netflix might not work as a result. 6/ If your internet speed is fast, it can achieve maximum resolution. But if it slows down, the resolution will automatically decline to keep smooth. It’s a normal phenomenon.
