I purchased this product at the end of April/beginning of May. It was so much easier to use than the silly remote which comes with an android TV box. I didn't use it too often and am careful to make sure I switch it off etc. Now it no longer works properly. The sync and pair lights flash continuously, the mouse does not move well and tends to open things all over the show except what I am trying to open and the back light no longer comes on at all. I considered trying to put batteries in instead of charging and while there is spacw for batteries there are no terminals for them to connect to so you cannot use it with batteries. I have triedb everything I can Google to get it to work but nothing helps
