Shocking service and broken kettle

I ordered this on 5 April. Received it around 7th of May. Leaked once boiled on three spots. Tried to return 11 May (courier came but left before we could get to gate to hand it to him). Finally courier picked it up 13 May. Loot email to tell me that they won’t be refunding me but that the manufacturer will have to look at it first18 May. I emailed on 1 Jun to ask for feedback. On 2 Jun they said that they will give me feedback. But none has been given. Then on 12 and 17 Jun I again asked for feedback. It is now 18 June I have not received any feedback. We really just want a kettle to boil water with-not rocket science. Wish they can just give me my money back to that I can drive to the closest grocery store and buy a kettle. I would definitely not recommend anyone to order a kettle from loot after this experience. Still awaiting a response from them and no idea when I will get it.
