Bad after sales service from Loot

Received TV on 17th July 2020. Reported it faulty to Loot on the 29th July 2020. It constantly restarts after about an hours use every 10 minutes. Received a response from Kevin on the 30th and from Robin on the 7th August after I had to follow up. Robin's response: "We will have to contact the supplier and have a service call booked." - a week after it had been reported to you? haven't heard from loot again. Eventually I logged the call directly to Hisense and was instructed to take the unit to the agents on the 12th August. This is the last product I will purchase from Loot.
