As at 13 February 2022, this is marked down to R1343. At this price, I can only recommend it. Other dealers are asking R1900 to R2500 for it. POSITIVES: Compact, easy to carry and roll around. Cool telescopic mechanism on the extension pipe. Suction power is REALLY impressive, compared to other machines I've used or tested. Minimum speed is more than enough for tiles. Medium speed is fine for carpets. The bagless dust collector is easy to use, including its washable mini-filter. Motor inlet filter and outlet (HEPA) filter are also washable. For those who prefer bagged vacuuming, the bags appear to be quite readily available. Bosch 10 year motor warranty. NEUTRAL: The noise level is not super-quiet, but perfectly acceptable, especially at the lower speeds. The latch of the main compartment lid is rather flimsy, but should last if operated carefully. Acceptable at this price point and can probably be repaired DIY if it should break. NEGATIVES: None.

Really great, compact, low noise and powerful vacuum cleaner. I specifically bought it to get some dog hair out of the couches and it did on the highest setting. Definitely a good buy. Only down side, which is not bad for me, is that it should be cleaned often as I have a big house, so I cannot vacuum the whole house without emptying the bag periodically.
