What the actual....

I don't know what this is made of. Some kind of cheap, soft plastic and the designs on the cat are stuck on very roughly and then it was painted over with some kind of modge podge or something. It has the appearance of something made by small children in arts and crafts. The one I received had I squashed ear when I unwrapped it.
