As adolescents, Cyrus and Cecil Bowman are not only brothers, they're best friends. As seen through the eyes of his brother Cecil, Sphere Of Effect follows the experiences of Cyrus Bowman whose life becomes highly complex because of circumstances far beyond his control. He employs the talents within his command - artistry and humor - to overcome disastrous events in his life and in the lives of those he loves. Just when it seems that quick thinking and tenacity will allow Cyrus to put his life back on track, his brother Cecil discovers that all is not as it seems.
