Peckham's finest return for this 1992 Christmas special. Del (David Jason) is less than happy about having to tidy up Grandad's run-down old allotment - until he discovers how much money can be made out of mineral water, and decides to discover his very own 'natural' spring. For once, he and Rodney (Nicholas Lyndhurst) seem to be quids in, but what will happen when the great British public discover that Del's latest product is in fact chemically poisoned tap water?
