Toaster looks great and going through the info I think I found the reason some people complained online that it only worked on one side If you press the bagel button then it will only heat up one side You need to insure you do not use the bagel setting when toasting bread

Broke after 10 months

For this price and brand, I expected quality. After 10 months of medium use, the toaster no longer stays down.
