The Last Ride (DVD)

Car-chase action thriller starring Dennis Hopper as notorious bank robber Ronnie Purnell, who, when his wife is killed in a botched heist, surrenders himself to the police. After thirty years in prison, he is out to get his revenge on Darryl Kurtz (Fred Ward), the cop who put him behind bars. The only trouble is, Kurtz is also the legal guardian of Ronnie's son Aaron (Will Patton), who has since grown into a straight-laced, clean-living cop. But Ronnie's grandson, Matt (Chris Carmack) looks like he could be a bit more open to persuasion...
