Collection of two 30-minute yoga exercise programmes designed to
relax the mind and strengthen the body. The 'Hatha' yoga session
makes use of an exercise aid - either a strap, belt or towel - to
work through a variety of stretching exercises. The primary aim of
this section is to relieve stress and increase flexibility and
blood circulation. The 'Flow' yoga session utilises postures from
the Ashtanga branch of yoga to build a routine designed to tone
muscle and aid in weight loss.
