Made-for-TV drama starring Elizabeth Perkins and Laura San Giacomo. In March 1984 a ruthless Texas corporation, worried about the toxic substances its female employees were handling, ordered all the women to undergo compulsory sterilisation or lose their jobs. This true story tells of Sally Wheeler (Elizabeth Perkins)'s refusal to be cowed by her employers and the search for justice which saw her face ridicule and heartache but remain true to her principles.
