I was looking for a decent pair of self closing tweezers and based on the product picture these seemed perfect for my needs - what arrived was a set of standard tweezers...on the product backing card, the correct details are listed for the Excel range - Loot just got the pictures/description wrong. I now have to purchase the correct pair, knowing the model numbers of each from the product card. Although disappointed, I would use these as the quality seems really good and strong. I only wish that SA online retailers would ensure that their product pictures, descriptions and model numbers were accurate - it's so difficult navigating the plethora of similar products trying to find the correct one in a decent quality - pictures speak a thousand words - get the product pictures right please! :)
