Disappointed on loot

So this is my 1st item ordered we looked forward to it just to get a week later a email stating its cancelled, as there is no stock ,no alternatives was shown or sent or asked but yet the item is showing on loot stating it can be delivered within 7 to 10 days....disappointed Customer ,sitting with no lounge as we cleared the space for this .
