Hemp Seeds are very high in protein and is the only source of plant based protein that contains all of the essential amino acid. Hemp Protein is one of the most easily digestible forms of proteins to the human body since it does not have trypsin inhibitors that impede the absorption of proteins. Proteins account for up to 26% of the total seed weight, 33% of the seed mass is made up of oil, the rest is made of indigestible fibres. This oil is considered one of the most serious alternatives to fish oil or linseed oil, it is suitable for children for daily use. Contrary to flax seed oil, hemp oil can be eaten daily, and the amount of essential fatty acids in the body will remain constant.
