Quality not great

The product is very pretty and it's very easy to assemble but the quality, unfortunately, let's the whole thing down. It has lots of chips in it and the end corners of a few of the shelves are dented in. The worst is that the 2 feet of the unit are so badly cracked that I'm too scared to attach them to test them. The booklet that comes with the unit says to send back only the parts that are damaged and they will be replaced so I have requested this of Loot. Let's see how that goes.
