This is an excellent book if you want to gain a deeper meaning and understanding on the concept of fasting - Biblically. Jentezen also gives pratical guidelines on the various methods or approaches to fasting, and how to engage in your fasting activity. The results of fasting should always be a deeper, more intimate relationship with God, and Jentezen makes an excellent job of giving practical guidelines on how to achieve it. This book is highly recommended for both new believers and those just starting out.
