Entourage - Season 5 (DVD)

The fifth season of this highly entertaining series finds our boys trying to get back on top, after Medellin was received poorly at Cannes. Vince takes it hard though, and the season kicks off with the boys trying to convince him to come back to L.A. after self-imposed exile. Of course, finding a director willing to give him a shot now, is gonna be twice as hard, as Ari soon finds out.

This season features the usual formula of cameos and hot ladies, plus Ari's famous rants and raves, and as always, that's what makes the show work, in my opinion. The storyline throughout the season does manage to be stronger than usual though, which of course is an added bonus. And the performances are once again top notch. Can't wait for season 6! After a disastrous screening of the movie Medellin at the Cannes Film Festival, Vince Chase must find a way to rejuvenate his career.

His best friend and manager Eric is determined to get Vince back to the top, while struggling with his expanding management company. Ari, meanwhile, is having a few career conflicts of his own, and fights to deliver for Vince. Drama continues his successful television career while experiencing problems in his love life, and Turtle is forced to re-examine his contribution to it all.
