Grade R children (and particularly little girls) have an opinion about most things (and other people!) and seldom think carefully before voicing it! Often they will band together and decide on a whim ("you are not wearing pink today" OR "your front tooth is not loose!") that someone is not "okay" enough to join their usual group.
This book sets all of that right and teaches that it is always okay to be different - that's what makes us so special!
The end is my very best - EVERY teacher will relate to Mrs Twinkle! :)
