Artists quality cotton rag paper, for watercolour and all painting and drawing media. Khadi rag papers are made from 100% cotton rag. Cotton rags have longer fibres than linters which are the shorter fluffy cotton seed fibres commonly used in papermaking. Genuine rag papers are rare and it is the fibre length of this raw material that gives Khadi rag papers their exceptional strength and durability. The cotton rag we use comes from T-shirt cuttings from garment factories, a reliable source of pure woven cotton.

I love this paper. Paints wonderfully with White Nights paints. All the edges are deckle edge (rough as hand made - not trimmed as the picture falsely shows on the left and bottom edges). Ideal for emphasizing a small painting in a larger frame and I dare say it would make a very nice personalized card if you fold it in half

I LOVE Khadi paper! It has an organic feel which I love. A lot of my clients ask for me to do calligraphy on it. Just make sure not to try and erase pencil marks. Rather use a light box of you need tracing or lines.
