POOR QUALITY - HOME VIDEO

I purchased this item as it seemed to be a an introductory level Tai Chi video. I couldn't have been more mistaken. The picture quality is that of a badly made Home Movie. The instruction set was so badly taken and instructed that a beginner would not be able to copy the correct poses or movements without having an instructor on hand. I do not recommend this item
