it was said that it would take up to 10 days to arrive - this was in December. It was even further delayed. It was ordered for family going overseas. Due to the delay they missed the delivery and had to be returned. It was over a month ago and I am still waiting for the refund from LOOT!! they keep promising to get back to me and never do and the refund has still not been paid over 30 days of waiting!! Take a lot is much more efficient !
