Very poor quality and the toaster is too shallow - if you put slices of bread into it vertically it doesn't cook the top few centimeters. In addition the elements dont seem to brown bread evenly. And two rubber feet were missing on the one end of the toaster we ordered so it slides around on the counter. So we returned it. We used to think Mellerware was a decent brand - not anymore.
