Box bluetooth faulty, return process futile

The bluetooth keyboard is not compatible due to manufacturer putting faulty bluetooth chip in design. Therefore a no go, goto XDA Developers for more of this issue. The bad interface and netflix apps can be fixed with a custom rom. My concern is with Loot that shipped a bluetooth keyboard with this device and not being able to supply me with just a non bluetooth keyboard (usb dongle). After two return requests I couldnt just get a new keyboard, so I bought one from Takealot for R140, Loot still has the returned keyboard with no intention to ship it back to me.
