El objetivo de este libro es en primer lugar, definir que es el
trastorno bipolar, cuales son los tipos existentes, cuales son sus
causas, como debe realizarse un buen diagnostico y que pronostico
tiene. Posteriormente, se senalara el tratamiento farmacologico
empleado y se hara especial hincapie en el tratamiento y las
tecnicas psicologicas eficaces para abordar esta enfermedad.
Finalmente, se intentara demostrar la eficacia de las tecnicas
psicoeducativas cuando se aplican de manera complementaria al
tratamiento farmacologico.
