Suffering from amnesia, Bourne has left his violent past behind and is living a normal life with girlfriend Marie. But his plans for a peaceful life are crushed when he narrowly escapes an assassination attempt.
Now hunted by an unknown enemy, Bourne proves to be neither an easy target nor a person whose skill, determination and resilience can be underestimated.
Gritty and edgy, with knockout car chases, The Bourne Supremacy is one of the most intelligent and breathless action-packed thrillers of the last few years.

The Bourne Supremacy

Receiving favourable reviews in some circles, though dismissed by other critics as simply another “same old...same old” spy thriller yarn, starring Matt Damon as Jason Bourne, and loosely based on a novel by Robert Ludlum.: some of these allegations are true up to a point...but they don't serve to make the whole thing any less enjoyable for all that! Following closely onto The Bourne Identity, the first of the succession of Jason Bourne novels, this action-packed picture has all the expected spy, counter-spy, treachery and counter-treachery that will pacify even the most grossly addicted adherents of this genre. At the end of this one, Jason learns his true identity...which will no doubt lead to inspiration for further sequels in times to come.
