Katmai National Park and Preserve (KATM) lies at the head of the
Alaskan Peninsula and covers 4.1 million acres of vast tundra
fields, pristine waters and mountainous valleys, all accessible
only by boat or plane. This year marks the second season that the
Alaska Exotic Plant Management Team protocol for surveying and
controlling invasive plants was followed throughout the growing
season. These efforts are detailed in this work.
