Protective reusable face mask – 4 pack

We have produced comfortable 100% washable and reusable protective masks in both adult & child sizes. They have a fine elastic that fits gently around the ears and can be tightened if necessary.

The masks are made using a double layer of non woven spun-bond fabric – The same fabric used for medical masks, but a heavier weight. This makes our masks both lighter and easier to breathe though than the cotton, calico or denim masks that some are recommending.

Government have updated their guidelines. " Tests have shown that at least 2 layers of fabric are sufficient for balancing performance & comfort" - 24/04/2020

Because our spun-bond fabric masks are lightweight, this should assist with keeping the mask from moving or dropping and therefore less fiddling trying to keep it in place.  They are shaped to fit from the bridge of the nose to the chin and arced under the eyes.

Spun-bond fabric is quicker drying than cotton and is comfortable to wear against the skin.

In addition to feeling more protected, masks reduce the likelihood of receiving or transmitting the virus and also reduce the likelihood of touching one's face and mouth.

The masks are easy to wash with soap and hot water, or a spray of alcohol based sanitizer during the day.

Wearing a reusable mask that is washed regularly is not only more hygienic, but is far better for the environment.

It should be noted that protective masks are not the same as surgical respirators. Masks are made to act as barriers to splashes or aerosols such as the moisture from a cough or sneeze and they fit loosely to the face. Respirators are made to filter out airborne particles and create a seal around the mouth and nose.
