Equilised for Rumbling Game Audio, NOT music
Thu, 14 Jun 2018 | Review
by: Michael V.
I ordered these as wanted over the ear large headphones and they looked suitable for general pc skype, gaming, music.
I was VERY wrong.
Listening to music or youtube sounds like you're listening from far away down a tunnel.
There is heaps of bass but almost no mids or treble.
The only way I could get anything to sound half normal was to go into soundcard settings and push the MIDs and HIGHs to max on the PC audio equilizer.
There is alot of SUB base (For rumbling ambience in games I guess) but the upper bass is muddy sounding and even with EQ the highs are not pleasant.
Fitwise the headphone are comfortable and look good but with such a bad audio EQ. What a pity.
