I bought one of these, and within a few days it stopped working, they replaced it and it functioned but not very well, it struggled to make enough ice for a family of 3. Just after a year it stopped working again. After contacting Russell Hobbs they are not willing to fix the product even though it comes with a 2 year warranty.

I need to return this product. It does not perform according to the specifications. It fails to make enough ice in the prescribed time. I bout it early Dec 2019. Tried it out on the 19th, and it failed.
