Russell hobb mineral water pot

I am very happy with my purchase.. Water tastes lovely and fresh and the colour is Chrystal clear..... But unfortunately when wanting to replace the filter you cannot purchase it anywhere there is just no stock.. I found that after 4 months now I need to change the filter because the water starts dripping very slowly through the clogged filter system.. I have tried Makro and there response is they been waiting for a long time.. But they don't seem to be interested in helping either..
