From the stable that gave us the Shrek movies comes this wickedly funny animated satire that lampoons the world’s best-known fairy tales in a most irreverent Spike Milligan kind of way.

The wizard who controls all fairy tales (voice of George Carlin) goes away to Scotland on a golfing holiday, leaving his two dim assistants Munk (voice of Wallace Shawn) and Mambo (voice of Andy Dick) in charge of the balance between good and evil in Fairy Tale Land. Enter Fieda (voice of Sigourney Weaver), Cinderella’s wicked stepmother, who steps in to take control of things her way!

In the mayhem that follows: kitchen boy Rick (voice of Freddie Prinz Jr) proves to be the true hero of the story, rather than the actual prince (voice of Patrick Warburton,) who’s a real clod. One gets the impression that the animated Cinderella (voice of Sarah Michelle Gellar) was based on a young version of veteran French actress Leslie Caron – stunningly beautiful sexy legs and all!

A new spin is put on the character of Rumpelstiltskin (voice of Michael McShane), who actually gets to keep the princess’s baby here…but comes through as a good guy after all!

Animated family comedy featuring the voices of Sigourney Weaver, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. Tired of the status quo, Cinderella's evil and power-hungry stepmother Frida (Weaver) leads a war pitting the bad against the good. Cinderella (Gellar) starts out as a damsel in distress - but when her own fairy tale takes a radical left turn, she is forced to become the leader of a resistance group.
