Ineffective heather

This heater really looked the part with digital temperature display, remote control, oscillating option and heat selection up to 35 degrees Celsius. We experienced nothing more than a slightly warm breeze coming from the unit. The temperature in our room was 17 deg C and we selected a temperature of 35 deg C and let it run for over an hour. In that time the temperature only went up to 18 deg C. We returned it explaining that it was probably not defective but rather that it was ineffective for our needs. Even sitting right in front of the heather ne experienced nothing more than a warm breeze. We really were disappointed with this purchase and what made matters worse was the 15% deducted from our refund since the heater was found not to be "defective".
