The 1st unit was unable to connect to the WIFI this was a faulty unit. replacement was able to connect. This product is a big Joke, if you need a robot vacuum you have to get a machine that has mapping ability or it will never know how to get back into it's charging dock or not get Jammed on furniture. 1. The dustbin is very small it will have to be emptied daily 2. Due to the fact that you are unable to Map out areas the Mopping feature is pointless, you also have to put change the attachments, faster to mop the place yourself. 3. This will never replace a standard vacuum due to power. 4. The App is useless the only this you can do it schedule the cleaning times and power. 5. The brushes get damaged very easy. If you are using it for a 20 sm room with no furniture it will work okay.
