Misleading Loot Customers

The one star is for the cunningness of the people who place items on loot and thise who ship items. After waiting weeks for the Voyager T4000 tripod I have bought at Loot, I got a parcel containing a lower quality T3000 model. I call this 'skelm'. People make sure you get exactly what you order. I have lost trust in Loot. And they have a painful process to get it back and exchanged for the right item, trying everything in their power to discourage people. No at all in a hurry to rectify THEIR mistake.

Good for its price!

Pretty decent value for money. It's not something that is going to last you more than 4 years... but you will enjoy it. I use it for my phone and GoPro. All you need is the attachment.
