The cookware from the TWIN Classic series is a good basis for cooking delicious dishes, because both amateur and professional cooks can benefit from the excellent material properties. The pots’ layered bottom is made of stainless steel with an aluminium core, which effectively absorbs the heat and passes it on, evenly over the entire surface. This not only allows you to sear food but also to gently and carefully cook it.

Great pots but...

by: Susan N.
Great pots but I have rated them with 2 stars because the lids seal tight onto the pot and on a number of occasions I have failed to remove the lid and waited for hours for the pot to cool down and then I could remove it. I now put a piece of aluminium foil on the pot rim to avoid a vacuum forming which causes the lid to seal tightly onto the pot. I would advise Zwilling to consider putting a vent on the lids.
