Collection of three festive musicals.

In 'White Christmas' (1954), two army buddies (Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye) team up after the war and become a successful song-and-dance act. While on a skiing holiday the pair stage a benefit to save an inn run by their old commander, who is beset by financial difficulties resulting from a lack of snow.

In 'The Little Prince' (1974), when a pilot (Richard Kiley) is forced to land in the Sahara desert, he discovers a little prince from a distant planet. The boy tells him about his interplanetary journey, and all the important people he met along the way. But it's only on Earth that the Little Prince learns the true miracles of life from his new friend the pilot and the curious characters they encounter together.

Finally, in 'Scrooge' (1970), miserly Ebenezer Scrooge (Albert Finney) is so mean-spirited that he resents giving his clerk Bob Cratchit (David Collings) the day off for Christmas. At night, Scrooge is visited by the ghost of his late partner Jacob Marley (Alec Guinness), who warns him that three spirits will visit him in an attempt to save his soul.

Four films from the legendary Ealing Studios. 'The Ladykillers' (1955) is the last of the Ealing comedies. Eccentric landlady Mrs Wilberforce (Katie Johnson) believes her new lodger, Professor Marcus (Alec Guinness), and his associates the Major (Cecil Parker), Louis (Herbert Lom), Harry (Peter Sellers) and One-Round (Danny Green) to be amateur musicians. However, they are in fact the perpetrators of a bank heist, looking to whisk their ill-gotten gains out of London. All goes well until Mrs Wilberforce is persuaded by Marcus to claim his 'trunk' from the station; it is only then that the criminal genius' carefully laid plans begin to go awry... In 'The Man in the White Suit' (1951), eccentric Sidney Stratton (Alec Guiness) is a laboratory cleaner in a textile factory who invents a material that will neither wear out nor become dirty. Initially hailed as a great discovery, Sidney's astonishing invention is suffocated by the management when they realise that if it never wears out, people will only ever have to purchase one suit of clothing. 'The Magnet' (1950) is a gentle comedy about childhood, guilt and half-truths starring a young James Fox (then known by his real name, William Fox) as Johnny Brent, a mischievous boy who tricks a younger boy (Keith Robinson) into giving him his magnet in return for an 'invisible' clock. Having successfully obtained the magnet, Johnny immediately starts to feel guilty about his swindling behaviour. His guilt sparks a chain of misplaced assumptions that lead to a search being mounted for the boy, who has run away after becoming convinced that he is wanted for murder. John Mills stars in the docu-drama 'Scott of the Antractic' (1948), which captures the ill-fated final expedition to the South Pole in 1912 of British explorer Robert Scott. This classic drama highlights the problems which beset the journey, and is accompanied by the music of Vaughn Williams.

Collection of the first six films in George Lucas's popular 'Star Wars' franchise. In 'Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace' (1999), Jedi Knight Qui-Gon Jinn (Liam Neeson) and his apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor) have embarked upon a diplomatic mission to the planet Naboo, intending to open discussions between the planet's leaders and the heads of the Trade Federation. But when they are ambushed by Federation robots, they quickly realise that the negotiations are merely a decoy for a hostile invasion organised by the evil Sith master. Joining forces with Jar Jar Binks (Ahmed Best) and the Naboo Queen Amidala (Natalie Portman), the Jedis manage to escape from Naboo and journey to the trade planet of Tatooine, where Qui-Gon meets a young slave boy named Anakin (Jake Lloyd), whom he identifies as a potentially powerful Jedi. In 'Star Wars Episodes II: Attack of the Clones' (2002), Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) disobeys the strictures of his Jedi training, embarking on a forbidden affair with Amidala while his teacher Obi-Wan Kenobi's investigation of assassination attempts against the Senator (Jimmy Smits) leads him to the distant planet of Kamino and into the middle of a separatist plot which brings the Galactic Republic to the very brink of civil war. In 'Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith' (2005), as the Clone Wars rage on, the rift between Chancellor Palpatine (Ian McDiarmid) and the Jedi Council widens with young Jedi Knight, Anakin Skywalker, caught in the middle, his allegiances torn. Seduced by promises of power and the temptations of the dark side, he pledges himself to the evil Sith Order, becoming Darth Vader. Together, the Sith Lords set in motion a plot of revenge against the Jedi, in attempt to destroy them all. Jedi Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi tries to turn his old Padawan learner back to the light side, leading to a climactic lightsaber battle that will shape the fate of the galaxy forever. In 'Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope' (1977), the first released film of the franchise, Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), a farm boy from a desert planet who dreams of becoming a pilot, is drawn into a rebellion when his family buys two robots that the evil Empire are desperate to get their hands on. An old Jedi knight, Obi-Wan Kenobi (Alec Guinness), and smuggler Han Solo (Harrison Ford) are among his companions as he attempts to save the beautiful Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) and aide the rebellion. In 'Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back' (1980), the rebel alliance flees the power of Darth Vader (Dave Prowse) once again and finds refuge on the frozen planet of Hoth, but their safe place does not stay safe for long. In 'Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi' (1983), rebel Luke Skywalker (Hamill) and his friends continue to battle evil in the form of the decadent galactic empire as the ruthless Palpatine sets plans in motion to build a second Death Star with the purpose of destroying the Rebel Alliance.
