Don Cheadle directs and stars as Miles Davis in this biopic about the influential jazz musician.

The film begins in the late 1970s during a dark and troubled time of Davis's life in which, after giving up performing, he mostly lived as a recluse in his Upper West Side apartment in New York. When insistent reporter Dave Brill from Rolling Stone magazine knocks on his door seeking an interview, Davis grants him his request and takes him on a mission to recover a new session tape from his label bosses at Columbia Records.

During their quest, Davis reminisces over significant events from his life including his relationship with his first wife Frances Taylor and the higher points of his musical career.

The Da Vinci Code
Harvard symbologist and religious expert Robert Langdon is summoned to the Louvre by the French version of the FBI, led by Captain Bezu Fache, and soon discovers that he is the prime suspect for the murder of a historian he had been scheduled to meet with. Assisted by a French cryptographer and government agent named Sophie, Langdon is challenged to decipher a chain of cryptic codes and puzzles, all the while trying to stay ahead of Fache's lawmen in a chase through the Louvre, out into the Parisian cityscape, and finally across the channel to England. Can Langdon and Sophie decipher the nature of a secret dating back to Leonardo Da Vinci, and even earlier, before those responsible for the historian's murder add them to their hit list?

Angels & Demons
When Robert Langdon discovers evidence of the resurgence of an ancient secret brotherhood known as the Illuminati - the most powerful underground organization in history - he also faces a deadly threat to the existence of the secret organization's most despised enemy: the Catholic Church. When Langdon learns that the clock is ticking on an unstoppable Illuminati time bomb, he jets to Rome, where he joins forces with Vittoria Vetra, a beautiful and enigmatic Italian scientist. Embarking on a nonstop, action-packed hunt through sealed crypts, dangerous catacombs, deserted cathedrals, and even to the heart of the most secretive vault on earth, Langdon and Vetra will follow a 400-year-old trail of ancient symbols that mark the Vatican's only hope for survival.

Inferno
Famous symbologist Robert Langdon wakes up in an Italian hospital with amnesia and finds himself the target of a manhunt. He soon teams up with Sienna Brooks, a doctor he hopes will help him recover his memories. Together, they race across Europe and against the clock, while drawing from Dante’s dark epic poem to stop a virus that would wipe out half of the world’s population.

The Kingdom
Oscar winners Jamie Foxx and Chris Cooper team up with Jennifer Garner and Jason Bateman to ignite the screen in this high-intensity action thriller. A team of elite FBI agents sent to Saudi Arabia to solve a brutal mass murder, find themselves in a race against time to find a killer before he strikes again. Out of their element, under heavy fire and trusting no-one, the team must join forces with their Saudi counterparts. As these unlikely allies begin to unlock the secrets of the crime, the team is led into a heart-stopping, do-or-die confrontation.

Born On The Fourth Of July
War drama based on the autobiographical book by Ron Kovic. Tom Cruise plays Kovic, a man brought up in the God-fearing All-American tradition, the perfect material to fight for the US cause in Vietnam. However, nothing could prepare the young Marine for the horrors of the frontline and he returns home paralysed from the chest down. Embittered, Kovic goes into a self-destructive downward spiral, until he finds new direction by joining the anti-war movement.

Casualties Of War
Michael J. Fox and Sean Penn star in this drama based on real events that occurred during the Vietnam War. On patrol with the hard-nosed Sergeant Meserve (Penn), US infantryman Private Eriksson (Fox) refuses to join in when Meserve and the other soldiers kidnap, rape and murder a Vietnamese girl (Thuy Thu Le). Eriksson's stance then puts him in a dangerous position when the patrol returns to base, as the other soldiers get increasingly worried that he might report them. The cast also includes Don Harvey, John C. Reilly and John Leguizamo.

Black Hawk Down
From acclaimed director Ridley Scott comes the gripping true story about bravery, camaradarie and the complex reality of war. Black Hawk Down stars an exceptional cast including Josh Hartnett, Ewan McGregor and Eric Bana. In 1993, an elite group of American Rangers and Delta Force soldiers are sent to Somalia on a critical mission to capture a violent warlord whose corrupt regime has led to the starvation of hundreds of thousands of Somalis. When the mission goes quickly and terribly wrong, the men find themselves outnumbered and literally fighting for their lives.

Jarhead
Young recruit Swofford (Jake Gyllenhaal) joins up with the US Marines (nicknamed 'Jarheads' because of their distinctive haircuts) on the eve of the 1990 Gulf War. After a brutal spell in boot camp, during which Swofford and his fellow recruits are systematically geared up for the conflict, the Marines are dispatched to the deserts of the Persian Gulf to take part in a war that sees them required to do very little in the way of fighting. Bored and frustrated in the middle of nowhere, the young soldiers resort to a macabre sense of humour as they wait for the war to happen to them.

Gardens Of Stone
Francis Ford Coppola's impressive return to the subject of the Vietnam War is a poignant and contemplative companion piece to his epic masterwork 'Apocalypse Now'. Set in 1968, the film reunites Coppola with Godfather star James Caan, who plays a disillusioned army sergeant stationed at Fort Meyers Arlington Cemetery and views the war in Vietnam as unwinnable, despairing at the dead arriving daily for burial from the front lines. This powerful drama from one of American cinema's most audacious filmmakers boasts a towering performance by Caan, and a superb supporting cast, including Anjelica Huston, James Earl Jones, Mary Stuart Masterson and DB Sweeney.

Lasse Hallström directs this British comedy drama based on the bestselling novel by Paul Torday. Ewan McGregor stars as Alfred Jones, a mild-mannered government fisheries official who is approached by management consultant Harriet Chetwode-Talbot (Emily Blunt) to help a sheikh (Amr Waked) realise his long-held dream of introducing fly-fishing to the Middle Eastern desert. The duo soon find themselves swimming against the tide in more ways than one as the extravagant project gathers pace and a few poignant home truths come home to roost.
