Neurological Differential Diagnosis is a practical, comprehensive,
and highly illustrated book covering all aspects of neurology, from
clinical history taking and examination to management of
neurological conditions, and their complications. This book
consists of 46 chapters, beginning with clinical history and
neurological examination. Subsequent chapters detail the ideal
approach to patients with a vast range of neurological conditions,
from epilepsy and coma, to dementia, gait disorders, and lower
backache. Neurological Differential Diagnosis includes over 250
full colour images and illustrations, which enhance the range of
common and rare neurological conditions covered, making this an
ideal reference guide for neurologists. Key Points Highly
illustrated guide to neurological examination 46 chapters cover
extensive range of neurological conditions 257 full colour images
and illustrations
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 29th
International Symposium on Static Analysis, SAS 2022, held in
Auckland, New Zealand, in December 2022. The 18 full papers
included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 43
submissions. Static analysis is widely recognized as a fundamental
tool for program verification, bug detection, compiler
optimization, program understanding, and software maintenance. The
papers deal with theoretical, practical and application advances in
the area.
The study has been designed to study thermophiles but after
experimental analysis we found that Actinobacillus who generally
survive in moderate temperature can sustain higher temperature
also. It has been found that Actinobacillus was the most dominant
bacteria in cattle compost. The whole work designed by the help of
my colleagues and my professor. I m really thankful to them for
this great help
The study was designed to study thermophiles but after experimental
analysis we found that Brahnamella which generally survive in
moderate temperature can sustain higher temperature also. It has
been found that Brahnamella was the most dominant bacteria in camel
compost. According to our knowledge this is the first report of any
thermophilic bacteria from India in which one pathogenic organism
got adapted to thermophilic nature and lost its pathogenecity. This
study also generates several questions in our mind like; how a
mesophilic pathogenic organism converted to non-pathogenic
thermophilic organism. Expression of different set of gene is
required to sustain that environment and what were the factors
which functions as an initiator. Another big question is how
organism lost its pathogenecity after acquiring that adaptation.
Dental practice has existed in some form since the dawn of time,
but it is only in comparatively recent years that its practitioners
in the economically-developed nations have achieved the status of a
profession. In most of the developing world, dental practice is
still more of a craft. This book will act as a guide to various
dental practitioners to understand the concept of management and
its importance in dental care and to understand crucial factors and
ideal guidelines for a successful dental practice through a review
of scientific literature available.
Fingerprints are the only means of absolute personal identification
and their latent variant is the primary form found at the scene of
crime. Latent fingerprints needs to be developed and identified to
be of evidential value. In spite of availability of number of
methods for developing latent fingerprints, new methods are still
being developed through continuous research for encountering
situations in practical conditions that include development of
prints on surfaces of varied nature and under different
environmental conditions. Chemical dyes due to their color and
fluorescent properties can act as effective constituents in latent
fingerprint development formulations. Therefore, in present work,
dyes belonging to various chemical classes have been used in
combination with different materials to develop new powders and
reagents that can develop fresh as well as aged latent fingerprints
on different surfaces. All the formulations possess characteristics
like cost effectiveness, ease of preparation/application and longer
shelf life. Detailed illustration of phase transfer catalyst based
reagents for latent print development has also been included.
