Part 1 deals with why you may want to sell on your own, what to expect and how to manage the process? While Part 2 deals with what I think you should do if you decide that selling on your own is really not for you. Throughout the entire process, I am constantly explaining things like escrow, contingencies, move out the date, final walk through, etc.
