It started from a simple assignment. My class assignment was to write an autobiography scrapbook style -ABC ALL ABOUT ME. It has turned into a published book. I wanted to out do myself and show up in class with a real book. You should try it some times. You will enjoy, pages of my thoughts and ideals, and of course photos are included which I was happy to add. This book is full of fun, and interesting parts of my growing life, I am sharing with you a lot about my feelings, and experiences which I have learned. I thought that you needed to know that I am still becoming me, so have patience. Oh Yea, did I mention to you that this book is all about me?
SECOND EDITION It's time for you to be HAPPY Josephine Hasan-Kerr shares six empowering steps to total forgiveness that starts with a challenge to go back to the place of pain, which she refers to as "The Crime Scene," with an attitude of a renewed authority that enables you to release your own pain to be Free. She encourages her readers to take the next step, with the strength of God, out of their temporary place of anger, into an amazing place of inner peace. Forgiveness is a process. A woman for over twenty years could not forgive her DECEASED husband; her ANGER had prevented her from moving on with her life, until that particular moment, when she insisted that she needed to go back to the "crime scene." "6 Steps to Forgiveness" answers the questions: "HOW and WHERE to release things bottled up inside?" Josephine included "A Live Forgiveness Session With A Step-By-Step Process" designed to bring finial closure. Forgiveness is a process. The "6 Steps to Forgiveness" are: Step 1: The Crime Scene The first necessary step, this is where you will go back, to a certain memory in your mind. Step 2: Confront You confront, face-to-face, the one who hurt you. Step 3: Release You authorize yourself to release all the bitterness and pain that you have carried. Step 4: Bless You bless the one who caused you pain. This might be the most challenging of all the steps. Step 5: Walk Away You walk away, as you move on, the chains that held you back falls off with each step you take. Step 6: Remembering with Peace You will have memories, let them come, up until this is step, they come with peace -no pain attached. Forgiveness is a process. A session takes approximately 80 minutes to complete. Josephine encourages her readers that God will walk with them, and if tears fall, let them. Just get free
