Mit dieser Stigmatisierung werden die Kinder oft in eine therapeutische Norm-Schublade" gesteckt, um sie (und das Problem) dann vielleicht besser handhaben zu konnen (vgl. Passolt 2003, S. 7). HKS und ADHS sind nur zwei der zahlreichen Begrifflichkeiten, die zur Beschreibung dieser Verhaltensweisen verwendet werden. Betrachtet man sich weitere Begriffe, die in diesem Zusammenhang bereits Verwendung fanden, wie ADS, ADHD, MCD, POS, leichte fruhkindliche Hirnschadigung, Teilleistungsschwache bzw. -storung oder neurogene Lernschwache wird deutlich, dass mit manchen Bezeichnungen mehr auf eine organische Ursache, mit anderen eher auf eine psychische Verursachung hingewiesen wird. Wahrend die Medizin entsprechend ihrem Verstandnis von Verhaltensauffalligkeiten als Krankheiten nach organischen Ursachen sucht, richten Psychologie und Padagogik ihr Augenmerk auf aussere Einflusse in der Umwelt und innere Erlebens- und Beziehungsstrukturen des Kindes, die es moglicherweise unruhig werden lassen.
