"Whistleblowing" steht im letzten Jahrzehnt vermehrt als Schlagwort fur den Streit um die rechtliche Einordnung von Arbeitnehmeranzeigen im deutschen und internationalen Arbeitsrecht. In den USA grundsatzlich positiv bewertet, wird Whistleblowing in Deutschland oftmals vorschnell als "verpfeifen" verkannt, ohne dass dabei auf die unterschiedlichen Erscheinungsformen eingegangen wird. Die Arbeit zeigt die positiven und negativen Eigenschaften des externen und internen Whistleblowings aus der Sicht von Wirtschaftsunternehmen auf. Im Zuge der Untersuchung wird die deutsche Rechtssprechung und Fachliteratur analysiert und bewertet.
