As I began putting my thoughts to paper after a truly divine intervention in my life, I had one goal with two ends in mnd - to accomplish a long term dream and leave a legacy in this life as my father so admirably did. I chose to write my book. But as I began writing this book, it took on a different, more profound meaning for me. I wanted to inspire others to pursue and achieve their dreams. Writing a book in order to share some of my life's stories with others has been a dream of mine for many years. It's my hope that the stories I've chosen will make you laugh, inspire and encouage you, evoke thoughts that will be pleasing to you, as well as touch your heart as you see yourself in the same stories you also thought could only happen to you. I believe most people have the the potential to imagine meaningful dreams and have the ability to achieve them, especially when they matter the most to them. But I also believe there are only a few people who are willing to do the work that's required to acheive their dreams. Are you? As you read my book, reflect upon similar stories in your life, but more importantly think about what you want out of life and why. Remember, "you are never to old to set another goal or to dream a new dream," C.S. Lewis. So dream and don't choose the path of least resistance. Dream big. Because your dreams belong to you.
