Is It Yours Yet? is the response to requests from readers who've
completed the earlier workbook, Ten Real Tools For Real Life. This
workbook features 90 days of simple, structured practice with the
Ten Real Tools, to help readers fine tune their basic skills of
self-awareness, managing emotions, communicating clearly, being
true to themselves, and having healthier relationships with others.
The title of this workbook comes from the review questions in Ten
Real Tools, and refers to the belief that information and skills
aren't really "yours" until you can easily use them in a variety of
situations. With some guided practice, these ten tools become
"yours" for life.
"Tell the New Story with EFT and the Law of Attraction" offers 28
specific EFT tapping rounds designed to help you allow the Law of
Attraction to work more effectively in your life. The book includes
introductory information about EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
and the Law of Attraction, followed by detailed, specific tapping
rounds in several areas of life where many people would like to see
positive change: health, happiness, worthiness, body image,
clarity, creativity, freedom, love and support, and financial
abundance. Many of us replay our "old story" patterns in our
thinking, even if we are aware of the Law of Attraction, so our
situations don't significantly change for the better. We may
understand that in order to harness the power of the Law of
Attraction, we need to practice "telling the new story" to change
the patterns. But sometimes we aren't sure how to do that, or we
lose focus and return to our old patterns and our old stories.
"Tell the New Story" offers EFT rounds with "new story" wording,
and summaries of a bigger-picture viewpoint regarding these stories
and our lives, who we really are, and the abundance and well-being
available to each of us. The Law of Attraction information here is
based on the Abraham-Hicks teachings and applies to all areas of
life.
Release Your Grief, Balance Your Life is a step-by-step workbook
designed to help you walk through the grief process to find relief,
closure, peace, and balance after experiencing a loss in your life.
The workbook includes introductory information about grief, loss,
and trauma, the five stages of grief, a loss inventory, five steps
to take to address a specific loss, and ideas for self-care along
the way. You can answer the questions and walk through the steps
following the specific examples given in the workbook. Adoption,
living with a loved one's addiction, and a relationship break-up
are the examples given, although you can use this process to
address any loss. As a teacher, counselor, life coach, and a person
who has found peace following a wide variety of losses, I can say
with confidence that any type of loss can be successfully addressed
with these steps -- we can heal from anything If you are a school
counselor, therapist, or life coach, you can use this workbook to
guide your students or clients through the grief process. Grief
work can open the door to a happier and healthier life for those
who choose to take the steps.
