Aspiring rock singer Jack Frost (Michael Keaton) has been
struggling for years to make it big, often missing out on time with
wife Gabby (Kelly Preston) and son Charlie (Joseph Cross) along the
way. While driving to a music mogul's party one wintry evening,
Jack realizes that his family is more important than his career,
and turns his car around - only to plunge to his death when he
swerves off the road in a blizzard! One year on, an angry and
depressed Charlie is still mourning for his father. Deciding to
make a snowman in the garden (one of the few activities Jack always
found time for), Charlie gives it his dad's old scarf - only for
the snowman to come to life as a reincarnated Jack. Determined to
compensate for the mistakes he made in his lifetime, the new,
snow-based Jack sets out to be the kind of father Charlie always
wanted.
Christina Rothhaar entwickelt ein neues Fuhrungs- und
Motivationsmodell, das auf den Erhalt und den Ausbau des
Commitments der Mitarbeiter abzielt und somit zur Etablierung eines
langfristig erfolgreichen Kundenbeziehungsmanagements beitragt."
This collection of Christian poetry is unique in that it spans a
wide variety of subject matter. Some poems are serious, and have
powerful messages to impart. Others are lighthearted and humorous.
Some are interesting stories with surprise endings. Many are based
on true stories that could have happened to anyone. They are all
cleverly constructed and uniquely entertaining.
New developments in modern medicine and biotechnology put long time
certitudes about the meaning of ahealth and aillness more and more
into question. Also, these concepts increasingly assume the role of
normative concepts, which separate legitimate from illegitimate
actions in many contexts of medical ethics, as in the case of
aenhancement. This volume brings together the theoretical
controversy on the concepts of ahealth and aillness and ethical
reflections on the normative consequences of our understandig of
these crucial concepts.
